Serves: 4 1 ¼ lbs. salmon 4 cloves minced garlic 1 tsp ground ginger ½ cup honey ¼ cup soy sauce 2 pinches cayenne pepper Combine all ingredients in a gallon-sized Ziplock bag and wiggle the salmon around to make sure it is fully coated.
