Honey-Garlic Salmon
Serves: 4 1 ¼ lbs. salmon 4 cloves minced garlic 1 tsp ground ginger ½ cup honey ¼ cup soy sauce 2 pinches cayenne pepper Combine all ingredients in a gallon-sized Ziplock bag and wiggle the salmon around to make sure it is fully coated. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place a large skillet (or two!) on the stove over medium-high heat.
